All Lighting purchased from Lights Unlimited must be inspected and if defective returned to us within 30 days.

To process a return merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for the return freight, Lights Unlimited will reimburse freight accordingly. Warranty and Returns are normally processed with in 14 days.

You will be reimbursed on your original method of payment.

If you receive item that has broken glass or missing parts, Lights Unlimited will ship out those parts are no cost to you.

We will honor all ceiling fan warranties, simple return the defective fan to us.

We will replace it with the same fan or a fan of equal value. ( customer is responsible for freight charges).
