Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Product Availability and Shipping Times:

While most of the products on our website ship out within 36 hours some products may be out of stock or backordered by the time we receive your order. While some products show as in stock or show estimated ship dates these are only our best estimates and not a guarantee. If you are working on a time sensitive project call us 1-877-91-Lites, so that we can estimate an arrival date for your order. Normal delivery time for online purchases is about 7-14 days.

Shipping Locations:

We ship only to the United States.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with the details for your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number in another email.

Shipping Rates: 

Large fixtures will have to be shipped freight liner. You will be notified of shipping cost at check out. You will be notified at checkout of any additional shipping charges. For faster shipping methods please call customer service to pay for your order along with any additional shipping charges.

Backorders:

In the unusual event that one of the items you order becomes unavailable or backordered you will be contacted by a member of our customer service staff and informed of the time period required obtaining your product. If you do not wish to wait, you may cancel the backordered item. In the unlikely event that an item is discontinued or unavailable you will be notified and your order will be cancelled.
